陈士斌,1957年生,安徽亳州人。1982年毕业于阜阳师范学院艺术系美术专业，获文学学士学位，1991年结业于中央美术学院油画系研修班，中国艺术研究院研究生院油画创作访问学者。2012年起中国人民大学艺术学院“写意精神”油画写生与创作研究课程班在研。东北师范大学硕士研究生导师。

   Chen Shibin, born in 1957, is from Bozhou, Anhui. I graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Fuyang Normal University in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in Literature. In 1991, I graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and became a visiting scholar in oil painting creation at the Graduate School of the China Academy of Art. Since 2012, the "freehand brushwork spirit" oil painting sketching and creation research class of the School of Arts of Renmin University of China has been studying. Master's supervisor at Northeast Normal University.
